Outside

This morning, despite being in his footie PJ's, Jackson insisted on wearing his shoes.

He then brought me his coat.

And tried to escape the house.

The boy loves to be outside.  Can you tell?  (And Lord help me when he figures out how to open that door!)

Unfortunately, this is the view of the backyard today, March 20th.  You know...the first day of spring.

Instead of a day of golf, wagon rides, the park, a family outing to Costco and dinner on the grill, Jack and I are stuck in the house and Drew's been at work directing snow removal crews since 3 am.

Stupid Kansas.
