I knew it was going to be a busy week. Things are quite hectic at work (good stuff...just busy) and there's lots of activity on the homefront with Easter this weekend and all of my in-laws headed our way. Again, good stuff...just busy. Then I found out Drew was needed at a job site in Texas all week leaving me flying solo at home. I guess it's true that when it rains it pours.
Jack and I have had a great week, complete with a (very successful) shopping trip to the GAP, lots of cars, trucks and coloring, dinner at Runza (boy does he love the corn dogs), cookie baking for his school Easter party and a visit to my office to name a few. I just haven't exactly been productive when it comes to my to-do list. I still need to grocery shop, prep some food, figure out the centerpiece, add some last minute decor and clean, clean, clean. Lord do I need to clean!
In the midst of all the busyness, I got some exciting news (to me at least) last night. Our Cookies & Milk Birthday party back in December has been featured on one of my favorite party vendor's blogs!
