Thanksgiving 2011

This is a catch up post.

Would you believe that in our entire married life, Drew & I have never spent Thanksgiving at my parents' house?  I didn't believe it at first either, but it turned out to be true.  So we put an end to that cycle and headed west for a Wagner Family Thanksgiving.

It was a wonderful weekend.  Despite our concerns, Jackson was an absolutely fabulous traveler and we made the 8-hour drive with no trouble at all (thank you portable DVD player).  In addition to an unbelievable Thanksgiving spread, we also had a family photo shoot, made trips to the PGA Superstore, IKEA and Outlet Mall, ate at The Castle Cafe (this is on Drew's must-do list every time we visit CO), squeezed in a round of golf and took many big wheel rides through the village.  We also had an early birthday celebration for Jackson.

Unfortunately I didn't grab my camera very often, but I did take lots of pictures of the birthday party.
