Cupcake recipes are identified. Oh yes, the cupcakes. My desire for "from scratch" cupcakes has resulted in some serious baking over the past 6 weeks or so. 5 batches to be exact. As a result, my husband, who is typically a huge fan, will no longer eat them. Not the case for Ruby. She decided to sample no less than 10 chocolate cupcakes for herself (wrappers and all) resulting in an after hours call to the vet one Sunday night. Fortunately, she was fine. And for the record, homemade truly are better than the box variety!
