Neat Freak

I've mentioned before that Jackson has shown some likeness to me in his desire for neatness and order.  I find it endearing and quite adorable.  However, I'm beginning to think we've created a monster.

His new favorite word is "ewww".  He says it at least 7,000 times a day.  Whether it be a dog hair on the floor (and you can imagine how many of those we have!), a stray bean from his bean box or a drop of water, if it doesn't belong there it gets an "ewww".  The same is true outside for leaves in the driveway, blades of grass on the patio or, heaven forbid, dog poop.

Lucky for us, Jackson doesn't mind cleaning up this filth that he is resorted to living in!

Oh I love it. I could just squeeze his cuteness all up.

The funny thing about little ones learning to talk is that you soon discover all your verbal ticks or overused phrases. Currently, Linus is really into doing a half raspberry-like thing -Pfft- that coincides with a slight flick of his head. It would be annoyingly teenager-y, if not for knowing that I do the same maneuver ALL THE TIME.
