Here it is Halloween and I haven't even shared our annual trip to
Schaake's Pumpkin Patch yet. Somehow it seems the entire month of October got away from me!
This year, we decided to go on a weekday to avoid some of the crowds and craziness that weekend visits bring. We practically had the place to ourselves, but it also happened to be a freakishly windy day. High winds coupled with dry, dry fields made it quite a dust bowl so we didn't dilly-dally much.
