It's Delicious

I'm not exactly on the cutting edge of technology.

My brother & sister had an iPod for at least a year before I got mine.
I've never had a myspace page.
I joined facebook while on maternity leave earlier this year.
I got my first Blackberry in May.
I still refuse to twitter.

So forgive me if I'm behind the times in this discovery as well.

Delicious is dreamy.

Farewell to the endless list of unorganized "favorites" in my browser. The frustration of searching desperately for the link to a recipe I want to try right now, only to discover that it is saved on my work computer.

With delicious I now have 1 source, accessible from any computer, with all of my favorite sites saved. It gets better. I can add notes and I can organize them by assigning "tags". For example, a cupcake recipe might be tagged "food, recipe, baking". Next time I'm on the hunt for a cupcake recipe (which, these days, seems to be often) I simply click on "baking" and anything with that tag will appear!

The timing for this discovery couldn't have been better for a girl who craves order. It seems the holidays and impeding 1st birthday celebration have taken my excessive regular Internet browsing to a whole new level. As a result, my list of "favorites" was quickly becoming exorbitant. But not for long!

Goodbye disorder. Hello organized bliss.
